Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more within the continental United States. This offer excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and applies to consumer orders only.

Shipping Policy

Japanime Games ships orders Monday through Friday, typically between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time. While our standard processing time is within one business day, please allow for occasional delays due to ongoing projects or high volume.

If your order contains only in-stock items but will be delayed more than three business days, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout.

• Shipping Carriers: USPS and UPS Ground (estimated 3-5 business days within the continental U.S.)

• International Orders: Delivery times vary; please refer to the UPS website for details.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us with details and photos if possible, we’re happy to send replacements or missing parts as needed.

For returns:

• You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition.

• We’ll refund the purchase price of the product, but unless the error was on our end, the original shipping cost and return shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.

• If we made a mistake, contact us to request a prepaid return label (call tag).
