Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more within the continental United States. This offer excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and applies to consumer orders only.

Shipping Policy

Japanime Games ships orders Monday through Friday, typically between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Standard processing time is within 1 to 3 business days, though occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods or ongoing fulfillment projects.

If your order contains only in-stock items but will be delayed more than three business days, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout.

Carriers: USPS and UPS Ground (estimated 3 to 5 business days within the continental U.S.)

International Orders: Delivery times vary; please refer to the UPS website for details.

If you have specific shipping needs or time-sensitive requests, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Return Policy (Webstore Purchases Only)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us with details and photos if possible. We will send replacements or missing parts as needed.

You may return in-stock products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. We will refund the purchase price of the product; unless the error was on our end, original and return shipping costs remain the buyer's responsibility. If we made a mistake, contact us to request a prepaid return label.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are placed on products that have not yet shipped. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that estimated release dates are projections and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, licensing, or logistics factors outside our control. We do our best to keep you informed of any delays or changes to your order status. For the most current update on your pre-order, don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Refunds on pre-orders are available upon request prior to shipment, up to 120 days from the original order date. After that period, all sales are final. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us directly so we can assist you.

Crowdfunding Refund Policy (Kickstarter & BackerKit)

Our crowdfunding campaigns have their own refund conditions, which are different from standard webstore purchases. Please see the individual crowdfunding project's page for that project's refund policy.

By pledging through crowdfunding, you agree to these terms. Chargebacks or disputes filed outside of this policy may result in loss of access to future campaigns.
