The Mothership Storage Box has two Main Compartments, and each Main Compartment is designed to hold any of the following configuration: 500+ single-sleeved cards, OR three Japanime Games 110-card Shuttle Deckboxes, OR one standard-sized playmat.
In total, you can carry either: 1,000+ single-sleeved cards, or 6 Shuttle Deckboxes, or 2 standard-sized playmats.
