Japanime Games operates on a Monday – Friday workweek, usually from about 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. eastern time, although you may receive a response to customer service inquiries throughout the day and evening.
We typically ship within one business day, excluding holidays, although sometimes ongoing projects can cause slight delays in shipment. If your order includes all in-stock items but will be delayed more than three business days, we will contact you at the email address provided during your registration. Pre-order/backorder/out of stock items will ship as soon as they arrive in the warehouse.
We are continuing to investigate and add shipping options as they are made available to us, but primarily use UPS Ground shipment, which usually delivers within 3-5 business days within the continental United States. International timing can be found at the UPS website. If you have a specific timing need, please contact us through our website and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
We want you to be as happy as possible with our games and accessories and will do everything possible to make things right. If you receive your parcel and find that your product is not as described on our site, or is damaged, please contact us with as many details as possible and we will be in touch quickly. We are glad to send out missing or replacement pieces as needed.
If you choose to return a product, within thirty (30) days of receipt of your parcel, in the same condition which you received (meaning unopened and sealed), we can offer you a full refund of your product purchase price. Unless we made a mistake on your order, you are responsible for return shipping, and the cost of the original shipping to you (if any). If we made the mistake, please contact us for a call tag so the merchandise can be retrieved and returned to us.
