Shipping and Returns

Japanime Games operates Monday through Friday, typically from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, though you may receive responses to customer service inquiries throughout the day and evening.

We usually ship within one business day, excluding holidays. However, ongoing projects can occasionally cause slight delays. If your order includes all in-stock items but will be delayed more than three business days, we will contact you at the email address provided during your registration. Pre-order, backorder, and out-of-stock items will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

We use USPS and UPS Ground shipping, which generally delivers within 3-5 business days within the continental United States. For international shipping times, please refer to the UPS website. If you have specific timing needs, please contact us through our website, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our games and accessories and will do everything possible to make things right. If your product is not as described on our site or is damaged upon receipt, please contact us with as many details as possible, and we will respond promptly. We are happy to send out missing or replacement pieces as needed.

If you choose to return a product within thirty (30) days of receiving your parcel, and it is in the same condition in which you received it (unopened and sealed), we can offer you a full refund of the product purchase price. Unless we made a mistake on your order, you are responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping cost to you (if any). If we made the mistake, please contact us for a call tag so the merchandise can be retrieved and returned to us.
